AI is easy to try and hard to get right. We implement, optimize and manage it for you.

We start with one task your team repeats every day, inside the systems you already use, and add more once it works.

See what it looks like for your business

We are the AI division of the BeyondEdge Group, which has built and run systems for businesses and government since 2011.

An example rollout: two AI tasks are live, a third is being tested with your staff, and the next one waits for your approval before it is switched on.

What this looks like in practice

We apply AI to the repeated work that slows a business down: missed calls, client follow-ups, candidate screening, document collection and reporting. Here is that work across one working day. Choose the business closest to yours.

An example day at

  1. AI task: Confirm today’s 38 appointments by textSent
  2. Patients all morning
  3. AI task: Answer 11 new inquiries from the websiteApproved by front desk
  4. Team huddle
  5. AI task: Text back 4 missed calls with open slots2 booked

This is an example, not a promise. The assessment finds what fits your business.

The three things owners ask first

Where does our data go?
It stays in your accounts, and we use only what a task needs. Your industry’s rules come first, such as HIPAA for clinics or client confidentiality for law firms. Every task can be switched off.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Your staff approve every client-facing message before it is sent, until you decide a task can run on its own. In Bluevine’s 2026 survey of 942 US small business owners, 78% said they don’t fully trust AI with routine tasks.
Will it pay off?
The one-week assessment estimates the return before you commit further. If AI is not yet worth it for you, the assessment says so, and you keep the findings and the plan.

Start small, and stop after any step.

  1. Step 1

    AI assessment

    One week · From $500

We map where your team’s time goes and hand you a plan: the tasks where AI can help first, what each costs, and the hours it should save.

  2. Step 2

    Pilot build

Two to four weeks · From $3,000

We build the first task from your plan, test it with your staff on real work, and switch it on once you approve it.

  3. Step 3

    Managed AI operations

    Monthly · From $1,500 a month

We manage your AI tasks, resolve issues and add new ones as you find more work AI can help with.

You own what we build. It runs in your accounts, and a monthly plan ends with 30 days' notice.

The call is free. If there is a fit, a fixed-fee, one-week assessment follows.

“Most owners I talk to aren’t afraid of AI. They’re afraid of breaking the thing that pays the bills. So we start by looking, we build one thing at a time, and you see it work before it goes live.”
